Dress the Population now offers FREE RETURNS on all U.S. orders $99 or higher!

Returns must be received in their original condition; unworn, unwashed, and with the tags intact. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to refusal and/or a $15 cleaning and restocking fee.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact us as soon as possible at with a photo of the error and we will contact you as quickly as we can to resolve the issue.

Please note that items that have been altered are final sale.

One free return label will be issued per order, if another label is generated the cost of the label is due upfront when the return is placed. If an instant exchange is processed you will have 20 days to return the dress before the card on file for the exchange is charged. Items are only eligible for a single exchange.

International returns are not eligible for free return labels and cost of return shipping will be due upfront at the time the return is placed.

Dress the Population gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, or defective merchandise for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase. Under special circumstances returns after 30 days for any reason will be subject to a $10 processing fee and a $12.50 return label fee.

For all orders under $98, the cost of return shipping is $7.50 regardless of the number of items returned and will be deducted from your refund amount.

Please note that expedited shipping costs on your original order will not be refunded. During this time UPS is not guaranteeing any arrival dates. Shipping costs will not be refunded for expedited shipping unless the item is lost by the carrier.

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed at our warehouse and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment. We will notify you via email when our team has processed your refund so you know it is on the way.
