We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
What is your return policy?
We will gladly accept returns on unworn and unaltered items with the original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. For your convenience, we include a pre-paid return label with your shipment. Returns are processed within 1 to 3 days of being received in our warehouse. A refund will be credited back to your method of payment once the return is approved and processed. Please allow an additional 5 to 7 business days for your credit to appear on your credit card. Shipping charges are not subject to refund. Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned.
How quickly will my order ship?
We want to ship your order the same day, if possible, however please allow us up to 48 business hours to ship your order (this includes orders placed with expedited shipping). We are closed on Saturday and Sunday, so orders placed over a weekend will be shipped by Tuesday of the following week. If you have an urgent request, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
MEMORIAL DAY – We will be closed (UPS does not pick up or delivery packages on this day). All orders placed on the weekend won’t be shipping out until Wednesday.
What shipping methods do you offer and what is the cost?
We offer 4 different shipping methods. Shipping cost and time in transit varies by location. You can calculate your shipping in shopping cart.
UPS Ground: Delivered in 1 to 5 Business Days
3 Day: Delivered 3 business days after the shipment date
2 Day: Delivered 2 business days after the shipment date
Next Day Air: Delivered the next business day after the shipment date
We ship from the Los Angeles area. Time in transit for ground packages to the East Coast is 3-5 business days. Time in transit West Coast orders is typically 1-2 business days.
How do I get free shipping on my order?
We offer free ground shipping on all original priced items for orders shipping within the United States use code FREESHIPDP. After entering coupon code select “Free Shipping” on the shipping drop down options. Orders shipping outside of the United States are not eligible for free shipping. Sale and Final Sale items are also not eligible for free shipping.
Where do you ship?
We ship to the Continental United States, Hawaii, & Alaska. We currently do not ship internationally.
What size should I order?
Please refer to the size chart below and the size information on each style for fit. Most of our styles contain spandex and will stretch from 2 to 4 inches.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We can change or cancel your order as long as it has not yet shipped. For change or cancellation requests, please send an email to email@example.com with your name, address, and order number.
Are purchases on the site tax free?
We are required to collect sales tax in states where Dress the Population has corporate offices. We currently collect sales tax from billing addresses originating in California and Florida.
What are your hours of operation?
We are available Monday thru Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Pacific time.
