My order is wrong or damaged

We apologize for any error made in the processing of your order and for any inconvenience it may have caused. Damaged, defective or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Our easy returns process makes it simple to correct your order or process a refund. Please contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the error and we contact you as quickly as we can to resolve the issue. Please note that items that are damaged or incorrect that are outside of our normal returns window will not be accepted.
