Dress the Population gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, or defective merchandise for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date with all original tags attached .

To receive a refund to your original form of payment, items must be in new, unworn condition and must be processed within 30 days from the date of purchase.

A return service is offered to our customers which helps confirm the status of your return and track its delivery progress for added security. For using this service, a fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that if you do not use our return label, Dress the Population is not responsible for packages that are stolen, lost, or damaged during transit.

When using our Returns Portal you will need a printer for your label. Please attach this to the front of your package ready for drop off or collection.

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed at our warehouse and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account. Your refund can only be credited back to the original form of payment. We will notify you via email when our team has processed your refund so you know it is on the way.

Exchanges are free of charge and offer a complimentary shipping label. If an instant exchange is processed, you will have 20 days to return the dress before the card on file for the exchange is charged. Cost of shipping is complimentary for a single exchange, but customers are responsible for cost of shipping on any additional exchanges.

Note that items that have been altered are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Refund or Exchange.

A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund or exchange.

If you receive an item that it is damaged, defective, or incorrect, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please contact us as soon as possible at with a photo of the error and we will contact you as quickly as we can to resolve the issue.

Please note that expedited shipping costs on your original order will not be refunded. UPS and FedEx do not guarantee any expedited shipping, except for Next Day/ Overnight Shipping. Shipping costs will not be refunded for expedited shipping unless the item is lost by the carrier. Any original shipping charges paid are non-refundable, no exceptions.
