We do not offer price adjustments. Sale prices are exclusively available for the duration of a sale. If you make a purchase before an item goes on sale, you are not eligible for the discount. Dressthepopulation.com does not price match promos or markdowns offered by our retail partners. Items purchased during an archive or sample sale are final sale, no exceptions.

Provided your purchase has not been shipped, we can change or cancel your order. For change or cancellation inquiries, please email contact@dressthepopulation.com with your order # in the email subject line.

We’re happy to offer price matching from any of our authorized retail partners within 30 days of your date of purchase, subject to the guidelines below:

- The item must be currently available for purchase on one of our retail partner's website in the same size, style, and color.

- Price matching is limited to a maximum of two units per style. Requests for more than two of the same item are considered wholesale quantities and are not eligible.

- If our retail partner's website lists Final Sale, we will match this stipulation.

- Clearance pricing (defined as 40% or more off the original retail price) may be matched at the sole discretion of our Sales Manager.

- Promotional codes and price matches may not be combined unless our retail partner is offering both the same price and the same promotion concurrently.

- We do not match coupons or promotions that have limited or restricted usage terms.

Please refer to the size chart located in the "Size and Fit" section on each items page.

  • If you are in between sizes, we suggest sizing up.

  • REFUND OR EXCHANGE
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns. Dress the Population offers free shipping, however customers must pay for any costs associated with returns.
  • Dress the Population gladly accepts returns of purchases provided items are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged or defective.
  • Items marked 'final sale' at the time of purchase are not eligible for return. Any items purchased during an archive or sample sale are as-is final sale, no exceptions.
  • Eligible items must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase to be eligible for a return or exchange.
  • Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed at our warehouse and then 5-10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
  • You will receive an email notification once our team has processed your refund.
  • Refunds are made in the form of the original payment.
  • If an order contains damaged, defective, or incorrect items it must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please send a picture of damage on item to contact@dressthepopulation.com.
  • ALL Returns must be received in new condition; unworn, unwashed, and with the tags intact. Items with obvious use such as makeup stains, animal hair, dander, deodorant stain, etc. or any indication that the dress has been worn are not eligible for return.
  • Return attempts with obvious use or damage will be rejected and will incur a $20 damage fee to be deducted from the refund.
  • Please note that expedited shipping costs on your original order will NOT be refunded.

We apologize for any error made while processing your order. Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@dressthepopulation.com with a photo of the error and we will respond as quickly as possible to resolve the issue. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, it must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Follow the guidelines for processing a return to receive a refund or exchange your item. Please note that damaged items or defective items that are outside of our normal returns window will not be accepted.

Note, the Order ID must have a # ahead of the 5-digit Order ID to look up your item. Your email must match the original email address used to place your order.

All return postage and fees, including any duty and taxes (if applicable), are the responsibility of the customer. Please note, you will receive the cost of the garment, minus the cost of delivery back.

Please note that if you do not use our return label, Dress the Population is not responsible for packages that are stolen, lost, or damaged during transit.

We do not accept international exchanges at this time, however, we recommend placing your new order now to reserve the item of your choice and send your current item back in the meantime.

Dress The Population is not responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather and won't be able to issue a refund for expedited shipping costs under these circumstances.

If your package is lost or delayed in transit, contact us at contact@dressthepopulation.com so we can investigate with the carrier. Confirmed lost packages will be replaced or refunded to the original form of payment.

Once your order has been delivered to your specified shipping address, Dress The Population is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do encourage you to provide a secure shipping location for you to receive your order without complications.

STANDARD SHIPPING

GROUND SHIPPING: FREE on orders $99 and up for packages shipped within the US.

We do NOT offer free returns.

Orders shipping outside the United States are NOT eligible for free ground shipping.

Orders are shipped from the Tampa Bay, FL area. Time in transit for ground packages to the East Coast is 4-6 business days and about 5-7 business days to the West Coast.

  • EXPEDITED SHIPPING

UPS 3 Day Select: Delivered within 3 business days after the date of shipment. We do not currently offer weekend deliveries.

UPS 2nd Day Air: Delivered 2 business days after the date of shipment. We do not currently offer weekend deliveries.

Standard Next Day Air: Delivered the next business day. We do not currently offer weekend deliveries.(delivers on Monday if ship date is Friday).

  • TIME SENSITIVE ORDERS

We cannot not guarantee your order will be shipped the same day it is placed. If you have a special request for expedited shipping, we will do our best accomodate you. Please contact customer service at contact@dressthepopulation.com in advance to arrange time sensitive deliveries.

UPS Next Day Air Early: Delivered the next business day by 9:00 AM in the morning after shipment date. (delivers on Monday if ship date is Friday). We do not offer weekend deliveries.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We ship to all states with in the US, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Shipping cost and transit time vary by location. Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

We currently offer international shipping!

Orders typically ship within one business day the is order is placed. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped which will also include tracking information.

Orders placed on Friday after 12:30 PM , Saturday or Sunday are shipped by Tuesday of the following week.

For expedited shipping, orders must be placed prior to 12:30 PM EST to qualify for same day shipping.
