Our fit is true to contemporary formal dress sizing which means it runs slightly smaller than most contemporary sizing. All of our dresses are made with reinforced bodices so that undergarments and shape wear are optional. For this reason, we recommend sizing up if you are in between sizes or tend to prefer a less restrictive fit.
Generally, our dresses will have less give in the bodice due to the construction which can include boning, fusing, and bust cups. These construction details provide built-in structure and support making traditional undergarments and shape wear optional.
The amount of stretch in the dress will vary style to style. Typically, dresses with our ITY lining have some stretch, while dresses with our CDC lining will provide no stretch. These details can be found on the product page under "fit & fabric" in the product description.
All of our models are 5'8" - 5'10" and wear a size XS.
